Purpose of theĀ job
TheĀ Customer Inventory EngineerĀ will play a crucialĀ roleĀ in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and exceptionalĀ customerĀ service. This position will focus on deeply understandingĀ customerĀ needs related to spare partsĀ inventory, developing and implementing effective spare parts strategies, and fostering strongĀ customerĀ relationships. This position will report directly to the SEA Sales Manager, providing clear and concise reports with actionable recommendations.
Nature of theĀ job
ThisĀ roleĀ is essentially a supportĀ EngineerĀ with a strong focus onĀ customer inventoryĀ management and optimization and developing new sales opportunities in line withĀ customerĀ strategy. TheĀ roleĀ will require theĀ engineerĀ to approach eachĀ customerĀ individually to ensure a tailormade strategy in line with their requirements.
