Job Description
OpenAI is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead complex deployments of frontier models in production. You will embed with customers where model performance matters, map problems, structure delivery, and ship fast. You will drive clarity across internal and external teams, and identify reusable patterns to influence the roadmap.
This role is based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid model (3 days in office) and relocation assistance; travel up to 50% is required.
