We’re hiring a voice & chat customer support professional to handle customer interactions for a D2C apparel brand.
What you’ll do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Resolve order, delivery, and product-related queries
• Coordinate with internal teams to close issues quickly
• Ensure a calm, professional customer experience on every customer interaction
