About the Role

We are looking for experienced Customer Experience Specialists to support U.S.-based dental clinics using advanced dental scanning hardware and software.


In this role, you will provide chat, phone, and email support, troubleshoot technical and workflow-related issues, and help clinicians resolve concerns in real timeβ€”often during active patient appointments. This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical troubleshooting skills, healthcare or dental support experience, and excellent communication abilities.
