Job Description

Helpware Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Representative in the Philippines. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience. You will respond to inquiries through chat and email, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all requests are handled promptly.

The ideal candidate must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on the specified schedule of 8 am EST to 5 PM PST from Monday to Friday. Strong English communication skills are essential.
