Executive - Sales Job Location: Swift Cargo Pvt Ltd.,
Swift Cargo is a leading International Logistics Company in ocean and air forwarding. We are present in 5 countries (India, USA, Dubai, Canada, & Thailand) with 20 office & 600+ FTEs. Primarily focusing on driving sales, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enforcing company policies.
To get business from new and existing customer accounts.
Explore business opportunities and generate sales leads from shippers, forwarders & CHAs effectively.
Co-ordinate with Customer Service desk, Operations and Documentation department for complete follow-up on shipments generated.
Ensure submission of sales/division reports to reporting head at regular intervals.
Facilitate timely follow-up on collections from customers.
Conduct regular review meetings with the team and enhance performance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
