Based in Mumbai, the company offers authentic, international-standard after-sales service for watch collectors and connoisseurs across India.
Promote the Virtual Vault Report, a proprietary digital certification for luxury watch authenticity.
Support customers with after-sales service estimates (B2C).
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with leads.
