Responsibilities
+ Enter data within Microsoft Dynamics 365, starting with order entry to support ramp up.
+ Receive customer orders and quote requests via email and accurately enter them into the ERP system (Sage).
+ Convert emails, quotes, and purchase orders into complete and compliant ERP transactions.
+ Communicate with customers via email to confirm order details, pricing, availability, and next steps.
