Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, partner riders, and partner merchants through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, partner riders and partner merchants at all times.
- Assign orders or bookings to partner rider to ensure timely deliveries
- Make advance calls of orders to merchant partners.
- Be proactive on customer feedback as they are received.
- Establish, maintain, and manage good relationships with customers, rider and merchant partners, and be committed to the delivery of the highest level of service.
- Answer all rider concerns and report back to the immediate supervisor for resolution.
