Job Description

I'm currently working on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Customer Experience professional. The role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Business Analysis, and Process Improvement, with a strong focus on customer journey mapping, stakeholder management, operational readiness, and cross‑functional project delivery.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Customer Experience, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement role
  • Telecommunications industry background
  • Strong experience driving Customer Experience and Process Improvement initiatives
  • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
  • Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and operational readiness experience
  • UAT and go‑live support experience
