Salary range (but not limited to): 82,900 - 101,300 (35‑hour workweek). Incentive plan: Annual bonus 12% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance). Share plan and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – BrokerLink matches a portion of contributions. Group RRSP and DPSP with company matching for long‑term security.
