At Pice®, we’re redefining how Indian SMEs pay, manage cash flows, and access credit. Backed by Nexus Venture Partners and leading angel investors, we’re building a unified payments platform and soon, launching our own credit card product designed specifically for businesses.
As we scale, Customer Experience (CX) sits at the heart of everything we do. This role goes beyond traditional support. You’ll be a CX champion, ensuring every interaction builds trust, clarity, and confidence, especially as we introduce new financial products like credit cards, payments, and credit features. You’ll be the first touchpoint for our customers and a key voice shaping how SMEs experience Pice.
This role combines Customer Experience, Relationship Building, Sales, and Cross-Sales. You'll engage with existing and newly onboarded customers, help them understand Pice products, encourage product adoption, and drive additional usage opportunities.
