Job Description

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe kiosks, including promotion of digital channels, management of inventory, and accomplishment of sales targets.
• Educates customers and leads their assisted digital journey.
• Engages new and existing customers with Globe products and services.
• Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face‑to‑face digital user assistance or education.
• Attends to sales and service needs of customers.
• Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.
• Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
