About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Officer, you'll be the friendly face of our Vinnies shop, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer and donor. Working closely with the Retail Centre Manager, employees and volunteers, you'll help create a safe, inclusive and positive environment while delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about donations and Vinnies services.
