Full-Time:

• Location: Must be comfortable to travel to different branches when required (Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, Thomson Plaza)

Work Days:

• Monday-Friday: shifts within centre opening hours (10am-10pm)
• Saturday-Sunday: shifts within centre opening hours (8am-6pm)
• Able to work shift hours and on weekends (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
• 44 hours per week

OR

• Wednesday to Sunday (OFF on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• For weekdays: no late night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes
• Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs
• Actively promote programmes to both prospective and existing customers
