Job Description
**Customer Demand Planner**
**Purpose**:
The Customer Demand Planner will be responsible for all aspects of demand forecasting relative to SKU, customer, and shipping location for their assigned customer portfolio. This role will oversee the consolidation of multiple, highly complex, demand inputs from Sales, Order-to-Cash, and Demand Planning into one comprehensively assembled customer demand forecast. The role will have direct accountability for accuracy of demand forecast, the process to deliver it, and continuous improvement. The Customer Demand Planner has ownership over risk & opportunities within the customer team along with specific scenario planning.
The role embraces Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) principles and practices and follows the VACC approach to leadership (being a visionary, architect, catalyst, and coach). The role actively evolves the operating model and fosters successful adoption of DSO.
