Customer CoordinatorSalary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum (£13.46–£15.38 per hour, depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40-hour working week)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing and engineering business. Working with business-to-business (B2B) clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth flow of customer orders through the business.
Working alongside Senior Management, you will act as the vital link between customers and our internal departments, bridging the gap between customer enquiries and operational teams including Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse and Sales.
