Job Description
RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a 6 months contract to handle enquiries via webforms and chats, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction. The role is based at Kallang Sector with 42 hours per week and alternate Saturday working.
You will resolve a wide range of customer issues, including billing, account changes, and payment arrangements, while meeting service KPIs and supporting team operations.
