About the Role
We are hiring a German Bilingual Customer Service and Technical Representative (CS Tech Rep) to join our on-site team in Quezon City. This role is open to German nationals currently based in the Philippines , and the company will fully shoulder the work visa . Non-native German speakers are also very welcome to apply.
No BPO experience is required — comprehensive training will be provided . This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing both customer care and basic technical support. You will be expected to maintain a professional, empathetic approach and deliver outstanding service to help build customer trust and loyalty.
