Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with their mortgage‑related questions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, can multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable guiding customers through payment‑related conversations.
You will handle inbound calls from residential homeowners, assisting with payments, account updates, escrow questions, password resets, and general mortgage servicing inquiries. The goal is first‑call resolution, providing a positive and informed experience to every customer.
This team also makes light outbound courtesy calls to customers who are due for their monthly payment and may need reminders or assistance.
