M/I Homes seeks a Customer Care Manager to ensure exceptional post-closing service and inspections for our new homes. This role is vital in supporting customer satisfaction through effective communication and hands-on problem-solving.
The Customer Care Manager will perform critical customer visits and home inspections in line with company policies. You will handle work orders, coordinate subcontractor schedules, and remain engaged with customers about work order status. Strong customer service and knowledge of home-building practices are essential to succeed in this position.
