About The Role
As a Customer Care Intern at The Air Station (part of Easmed Group), you’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer service within the healthcare industry. You will learn how to provide support to clients who are seeking or using our medical devices, including CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators, and other sleep‑related products. You will assist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their experience.
