URGENT HIRING | Healthcare Appointment Booking Executive | AGILUS Process: Inbound Process – Healthcare Appointment Booking Job Role: Customer Support / Appointment Booking Executive Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 In hand ⏰ Shift Timings (Rotational): • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Week Off: Rotational Open Positions: ✅ General Process (English/Hindi) – 20 Openings Eligibility Criteria: ✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply ✔ Good communication skills in English & Hindi ✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts ✔ Immediate joiners preferred ❌ College pursuing candidates are not eligible Job Responsibilities: • Handle inbound/outbound calls for healthcare appointment bookings • Assist patients/customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations • Provide accurate information regarding appointments and basic process details • Maintain professional communication with customers • Update customer details and appointment records in the system
