Designation: Customer Care Executive (Premium)- Islamabad
Salary: 40k-45k + performance incentive
Responsibilities
ยท Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
ยท Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
ยท Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
ยท Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary
ยท Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
ยท Provide feedback to improve customer experience and chat processes
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation
Excellent & Fluent in English
Minimum 6 months Experience of English Call center
Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
