We are currently looking for a Customer Care & Events Management Specialist to join our Services team at our training center in the shipbuilding sector .

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support in Customer Care and Events Management at our client’s center.
• Manage documentation across different platforms and for various attendee profiles
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for the area coordinator
• Deliver relevant documentation to customers
• Use client IT tools for planning and information update processes
• Manage purchase orders for service providers such as car rental and catering companies
• Coordinate bookings for rental cars, catering services, and plane/train tickets
