Job Description
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily customer service operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, Customer Care representatives, and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, issues, and escalations while maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Customer Care team.
