Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in German to close reservations – focus on sales + service.
• Represent FoundeverTM, Málaga, a leading international hotel chain in their reservations & customer support department.

Qualifications

• German speaker with C2 level German proficiency and advanced English.
• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in hospitality/tourism.
• Permanent contract (2-month probation period).
• Available to work approximately 39 hours/week – rotating shifts.
