JOB PURPOSE:
The Customer Assistant & D-Commerce Support role provides administrative, operational, and executional support across the Growth Channels team, with a focus on supporting D-Commerce activities.
The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of customer plans, promotions, product launches, online content updates, reporting, and operational processes. Working closely with Customer Managers, internal teams, and agency partners, the role helps ensure excellent execution across both in-store and online channels.
By supporting key administrative activities, the role reduces operational workload for Customer Managers and the Growth & Shopper Lead, enabling greater focus on strategic customer engagement, commercial delivery, and growth o...
