Customer Assistance Manager-Consumer Durables-Hardship Assistance Unit We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee collections and asset recovery for retail loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, team management, and legal coordination, with the ability to operate both strategically and on the ground. Collections Management: Monitor and maintain collection efficiency across assigned portfolios. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of delinquent accounts. Analyze collection trends and implement corrective actions. Repossession & Recovery: Manage repossession activities in coordination with repossession agents. Oversee the sale of repossessed assets to maximize recovery. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during repossession.
