Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
  • Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
  • Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
  • Computer skills including software's and tools
  • Good analytical and organizational skillsWorking Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
