Responsibilities



  • Handle outbound customer calls related to post-sale inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

  • Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service concerns effectively.

  • Provide detailed information on product/service usage, troubleshooting steps, and warranty policies.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services and company policies to provide accurate information and support.

  • Stay updated on new product features, changes, and promotions.Β 


Working shift



  • Shift start times are scheduled hourly between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
