Job Description
Job Title: Custom Declaration Coordinator
Sunstrong International is looking for a coordinator for custom clearance with logistics knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage custom declaration/clearance inside Mexico with custom broker.
- Ensure import and export custom clearance meets timeline.
- Lead negotiations with custom broker or related parties for declaration issues in a timely manner and cost-wise.
- Regular follow up and update to ensure company meets custom laws and regulations.
- Give training to subordinates on custom requirements.
- Report custom status and data on a weekly basis.
Required Skills & Experience
- College Degree, track record in customs clearance/declaration; logistics planning a plus.
- 2+ years experience in EMS industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
- Good English speaking and writing skills is a plus.
