Job Description
**Custodian (Direct Hire)**
**Pay:** $24 - $26 per hour
**SUMMARY:**
The Custodian performs custodial duties, provides production support, and assists in sanitation control within a one-level, 45,500 square foot facility.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, including limited grounds maintenance.
+ Execute scheduled custodial tasks as directed by the engineering manager, such as:
+ Emptying trash and recycling bins daily
+ Vacuuming executive offices as needed
+ Running floor scrubber across the shop floor twice a week
+ Spot mopping after swarf cleanup
+ Managing cleaning fluid dispenser concentrate levels
+ Distributing and managing inventory of paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper
+ Changing inline water filters in break rooms monthly
+ Maintaining trash-free premises and assisting with snow removal in high-traffic areas
