FULLTIME Building Cleaning and Pest Control Workers

POSITION SUMMARY: Custodial staff will work directly for the Facilities Director or Facilities Coordinator. The staff will address cleaning and building preparation tasks on a scheduled basis to be completed in a timely manner. The Custodian staff will be aware of safety issues and concerns for themselves and all members in carrying out their assigned duties. They will communicate to the Facility Director regarding any facility issues as they occur or when appropriate. Custodial staff must also be available for snow removal before, during, and after hours of operation. CORE EXPECTATIONS: 1. Clean and disinfect all areas of the building - locker rooms, bathrooms, common areas as assigned 2. Launder towels 3. Ability to work individually along side a job coach and at times as part of a team 4. Other custodial duties as assigned
