Summary This position is located aboard NAS Whidbey Island with Unaccompanied Housing. The purpose of this position is to provide adequate and timely custodial services to the lodging operation. Responsibilities Ensures security of all guests is maintained at all times Ensures privacy is maintained at all times Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude, demonstrate effective communication skills, professionally interact with all customers, answer guest questions concerning the facilities, and provide information about local attractions. May assist in handling customer complaints and involving management as necessary Performs custodial duties as required inside and outside of buildings to include but not limited to trash removal, sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, washing walls and windows, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens Cleans all lobbies, passageways, stairwells, laundry rooms, public bathrooms, and other common use areas in and around buildings Loads, unloads, ...
