Experience: 12-15 yrs Notice -0 to 60 Days Location: LTM Locations Role Title: ServiceNow CoE – Training & Curriculum Leader Role Summary: Own the ServiceNow CoE capability‑build agenda by designing role‑based learning paths, certification plans, mentoring programs, and enablement content that accelerates practice readiness across modules and offerings. (Aligned to CoE “Competency” function.) Key Outcomes (Success Measures): Standardized role-based curriculum and module tracks (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CRM/SPM/IRM/SecOps/ITAM/AI). Measurable uplift in certification throughput, delivery readiness, and time-to-productivity for new hires. Mentoring/Coaching rhythm across capability towers; “SME bench” readiness for critical deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Build & maintain structured curricula: onboarding, developer/consultant/architect pathways, offering-specific tracks.
