Job Description
APSN CFA invites a cook to plan and prepare daily meals in line with menu and nutritional standards. You will maintain hygiene per SFA regs and work with instructors to involve trainees in kitchen activities, including food prep, plating, and cleaning.
You will support training of culinary skills and kitchen safety, ensure equipment is well maintained, and assist with inventory, stock rotation, and purchasing needs. Halal practices knowledge is preferred.
