Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cooking courses for aspiring chefs
• Deliver motivation and mentorship to learners
• Manage health and safety requirements
• Conduct record keeping and administrative tasks
• Facilitate field components conducted in Terrace
Requirements:
• Red Seal Professional Cook certification
• 5+ years in supervisory culinary roles
• Knowledge in diverse teaching methods
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
