Job Description
Join Interior Health as a Part-Time CT/IR Technologist in Kamloops. This role includes performing CT and interventional imaging while supporting a diverse work environment.
As a CT/IR Technologist, you'll report to the Professional Practice Leader and collaborate closely with Radiologists. Your responsibilities will involve conducting special procedures, assisting in imaging tasks, and managing patient information in our Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS. Additionally, you'll guide and support student technologists along with staff trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT and interventional imaging procedures
• Assist Radiologists during imaging operations
• Input patient data into RIS and PACS
• Provide training and mentorship to student technologists
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings and nights
