Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone call. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Answer customer inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while engaging with customers.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

College graduate with/without work experience or at least 2nd year college (72 units) with 6 months Call Center Experience.
