Job Description

Job Duties Answer incoming customer inquiries Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written. Two or more years of BPO experience in a voice role Customer support experience preferred but not required Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Requirements Complete office setup with a quiet workspace. Owns a laptop, or PC with sufficient specs. (Windows only, Intel i5, 8th gen and up) MAC devices are not supported. Available to work during US business hours, mix of Weekdays and Weekends. 2 days off per week.

Pay: $145.00 per hour
