Your Role
- Process Automation & Efficiency: Be trained to understand and automate CSM operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
- Tools & Reporting: Gain hands‑on experience using internal tools and generating operational and performance reports.
- Digitalization Project Support: Assist in CSM digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CSMs and other stakeholders in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
- CSM Role Understanding: Understand the operational role of CSM within Supply Chain Management.
- Systems & Tools Exposure: Gain exposure to CSM systems, tools, and reporting practices.
- Digitalization Skills: Develop digitalization skills through hands‑on contributions to CSM projects.
- Team Collaboration: Build the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a team setting.
