Job Description
Overview
The CSE Engineer Engineer for Modernization provides technical support to the sales team to develop, sell and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions that meet customers’ needs. You are responsible for owning the order handling process, defining specifications, details, dimensions, AutoCad layout drawings, estimating delivery times and costs, and managing any customer technical questions while supporting the Sales and Operations teams with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer relationship management: support sales by analysing customers’ technical needs and developing proposals, outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions.
- Customer contact for technical questions and participation in planning/specification meetings with contractors, architects and building owners.
