We are seeking an experienced CSA Superintendent to lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural field operations on a major industrial construction project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong scheduling, quality, and safety focus in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Oversee all on-site CSA work – earthwork, foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, façades, and architectural finishes
- Enforce strict safety protocols; lead daily toolbox talks and site inspections
- Develop and maintain schedules; track daily progress and implement recovery plans when needed
- Ensure all work meets IFC drawings, specs, and quality standards; witness key inspections per ITP
- Coordinate closely with MEP/process trades to manage interfaces and avoid conflicts
