CSA Project Manager Architecture specialism Data Centre Permanent Position Northumberland
A leading data centre delivery organisation is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a flagship £10bn build programme with an 8-year duration. This is a rare opportunity to take a pivotal role on a long-term, high-profile data centre project near Blyth (NE24), leading the delivery of high-spec architectural/CSA fit-out packages.

The Role
Reporting into the CSA leadership team, you'll lead a team of Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers to deliver Architectural / CSA fit-out works, including (but not limited to):
Internal architectural finishes, partitions, doors, ceilings
Raised floors, clean rooms and specialist fit-out elements
Programme management, sequencing and milestone control
Cost control, reporting, valuations and comme...
