Overview

Enersense Engineering is looking for an experienced CSA Construction Manager (Architectural) to support a major data centre construction project in Finland. The role will be responsible for managing architectural and fit-out elements of CSA works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of finishes, internal works, and building envelope packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages on site.
• Support site teams, lead site safety, and promote standards.
• Plan procurement and design activities; review design information.
• Manage site operations and develop short-term plans.
• Coordinate with CSA and MEP teams; manage subcontractor progress.
• Participate in meetings and maintain QA documentation.
• Support change management and review drawings to ensure correct implementation.
• Support project close-out activities.
