Your career as a CS Technical Content Writer at Booksy will give you the opportunity to own the entire knowledge ecosystem for our global Customer Success team. Working within the Global CS Excellence team, youâll split your expertise between our external Help Center and our vital internal Knowledge Base. Youâll translate complex product engineering into humanâfriendly solutions, whether youâre building the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep our global teams aligned or drafting highâpressure messaging during a service outage.
