Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise structural works and ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
- Conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections.
- Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
- Ensure site works are carried out according to daily/weekly site coordination schedule.
- Carry out in-process quality control inspections from time to time to ensure quality is within the acceptable range.
- Report any abnormality on site, such as WSHE, quality issues, misconduct, or delays.
- Perform proper inventory checks to ensure enough materials are available for works.
- Maintain site storage facilities for building materials and equipment.
- Control and manage SCS general workers.
- Control and minimize material wastage.
