Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced C&S & Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the civil, structural (C&S), and architectural aspects of the project, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with C&S and architectural consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Review and comment on C&S and architectural shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor C&S and architectural installation works and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify and resolve C&S and architectural-related issues and defects.
- Coordinate with other project teams (e.g., M&E, landscape) to ensure integration and compatibility of C&S and architectural systems.
