Job Title: CRT English / Quantitative & Reasoning Faculty
Location: Nalanda Degree College, Vijayawada
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Reporting to: Principal, Nalanda Degree College Responsibilities:
Train students in Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) focusing on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning
Conduct sessions on aptitude, verbal ability, and problem-solving techniques
Develop structured lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests
Prepare students for campus placements, competitive exams, and interviews
Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback and improvement strategies
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis
Stay updated with latest placement trends, aptitude patterns, and industry requirements Requirements:
